370 ml Leak-Proof Steel Tumbler
A press-type lid keeps buttermilk, lassi and juices sealed and upright in transit. Built from stainless steel — note that it isn't intended for microwave use.
Microwave-Safe, Lid Off
Both 350 ml steel bowls and the long plastic dabba can be reheated directly, lid removed, straight from bag to microwave.

What each piece is actually for.
Two Steel Bowls
350 ml each, for sabzi, curry, rice, noodles, soups or stews. Reheat with the lid off; wash by hand to protect the mirror finish.
Long Plastic Dabba
A larger-capacity container with a leak-resistant lid, built for a complete meal or a gravy-based dish that needs more room than a bowl.
370 ml Steel Tumbler
A press-lid tumbler for liquids — buttermilk, lassi, juice. Steel construction, leak-proof seal, but keep it out of the microwave.
Salad / Papad / Pickle Dabbi
A small food-grade plastic container for whatever accompaniment the main meal needs — salad, papad, pickle, or chutney.

Hand wash preferred
Protects the mirror finish on both bowls and the tumbler.
Lid off to reheat
Only the two bowls and the long dabba go in the microwave, and only without their lids.
Tumbler stays out
The steel tumbler is leak-proof for transit but isn't built for microwave use.
Pouch stays dry
Wipe the horizontal pouch rather than soaking it, to protect the Heatlon layer inside.
